A Simpler Way to Prioritise

Have To. Need To. Want To.

One of my favourite ways to tackle a busy to-do list is to separate tasks into three simple categories. It helps you recognise what's urgent, what's important and what you'd like to achieve when time allows.

01

Have To

The tasks with deadlines that need your attention. Think client commitments, payroll, compliance and essential jobs.

02

Need To

Important things that keep your business ticking over, such as sending quotes, ordering materials and updating records.

03

Want To

The ideas and improvements that help you move forward, from marketing and training to developing better business systems.

When a Planner Isn't Enough

Sometimes You Just Need an Extra Pair of Hands.

These resources are designed to help make your working day easier. But sometimes there's simply too much to do, no matter how organised your to-do list is.

That's where I can step in. I provide practical virtual assistant and business support to help with the admin, systems and everyday tasks that take up your time.

You don't have to do it all yourself.
